What we also do?

After more than two years of recruiting and employment assistance, due to our strategic position and great passion, we started working with small, medium and large companies in the Netherlands and the rest of the Europe, in the field of BPO (business process outsourcing).

What exactly we do and what does it mean for you?

If you are a CEO, owner or boss your company, your primary task is to make higher profits and minimize costs; and as addition - to preserve and maintain healthy relationship with your customers.

In the process of working, each of us performs tasks that we are capable of, and we are also surrounded by things that are clear to us and that we can easily understand. As we cannot influence other people, insert the knowledge and skills in their bodies, we can't make desire for work and tidiness in doing work for them.

Sometimes the whole team or part of the team does not work as good and as we expect, so we have to solve it and set the team to work the best possible.

In this part of the process, the business itself suffers financial losses. 

Then we need to find solution! So we start again:

Interviews, negotiations, new employees, adaptation, development and we have perfect employees! Is that completely true? Yes and no! Some of them will stay, for sure, but some of them will leave after couple of months or a years. Then same loss again and same process again! On a long term that is stopping the progression.

We are trying to find a perfectly balanced solution to help companies to keep their business stable but also profitable.

How we do that?

Our focus on recruiting has led us to some new ideas and hybrid solutions that our clients have presented to us. At the time of the coronavirus pandemic, we tried together to overcome business losses, labor shortages and all those consequences of the pandemic from which we all pay taxes. We have our clients in the Netherlands, but also we have our clients in the rest of the Europe.

We get in touch with each client by email or phone, we try to get to know each other personaly in the office and we are trying to find out what needs the client has. How do they define their issue and what result do they want to get.

We are working in several ways by helping clients to find solutions in times when their IT departments are not functioning properly or they're constructing new IT department.
