Job Description

We are looking for Electrical Engineers to join our team in delivering high-quality engineering for large modification projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will take part in the complete engineering cycle — from design and specification to follow-up and delivery. You’ll collaborate across disciplines and with vendors to ensure technical accuracy and regulatory compliance throughout the project.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and verify electrical installations.

  • Act as Package Responsible Engineer for assigned scopes.

  • Define and design heat trace requirements based on P&IDs.

  • Prepare, check, and approve Material Take-Offs (MTOs) and technical requisitions.

  • Follow up with suppliers and ensure correct delivery.

  • Input data into engineering registries and systems.

  • Produce complete engineering work packages.

  • Participate in site surveys and interface with other disciplines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience in electrical engineering for large offshore modifications on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

  • Solid knowledge of relevant standards: NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, IEC.

  • Familiarity with systems such as STID, TRs, Procosys.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Multidisciplinary project understanding.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian, written and spoken.

  • Completed FSE course (low & high voltage with first aid) and basic Ex course.
