Pipe Fitter / Mechanic Assembly / Locksmith
We are looking for experienced Pipe Fitters / Mechanics for long-term shipyard projects in the Netherlands. The role involves preparing and supporting pipe fitting work on ships, ensuring high-quality installation and assembly.
Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting technical and isometric drawings
- Installing and assembling piping systems (thickwall piping experience preferred)
- Working on shipbuilding projects
- Performing flange fitting (bonus skill)
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven technical knowledge and insight
- Experience in the Netherlands with references
- English proficiency (B1/B2 minimum)
- Drivers License (B - Mandatory)
- VCA-B certification (Optional, but preferred)
- Willingness to work hard and learn
Job Conditions:
- Contract Type: Temporary (Dutch Fase 1/2)
- Working Hours: 40 hours/week (07:00 16:00)
- Overtime: Available & Paid
- Salary: 550 750 net per week
- Payment: Weekly (Thursday)
- Working Days: Monday Friday
