Job Description
We are looking for production workers in prefabricated concrete for a well-established client in the Netherlands.
The company produces:
- concrete walls
- beams
- balconies
- stairs
- full structural building elements
This is not basic labor work — it requires precision and the ability to read technical drawings.
Your tasks will include:
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Preparing molds and formwork
- Placing reinforcement and embedded components
- Supporting the production of prefab elements
- Ensuring quality and accuracy in production
Requirements
- Experience in prefabricated concrete / construction
- Ability to read technical drawings (mandatory)
- English level (basic to good)
- Driver’s license B
- Reliable and physically capable
