As our new Process- & Mechanical Engineer, you will join a dynamic and skilled technical team working across product development and operational execution. You will play a key role in scaling and optimizing mobile production units that create Liquid Natural Clay (LNC) — a patented solution used to transform dry, sandy soil into fertile land.

Your responsibilities:

Develop, improve, and scale our mobile LNC production units.

Provide technical support for operations in the U.S. and advise international partners.

Participate in system design, P&IDs, 3D modeling, testing, and procurement.

Ensure practical and field-friendly engineering solutions.
We’re looking for someone who:

Has a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Process, or a related Engineering field.

Has a few years of experience in industrial production or international projects.

Understands machinery, process systems, materials selection, and system integrity.

Is proficient with design tools; Inventor or Onshape are a plus.

Has experience with monitoring/control systems and compliance standards (CE, UL).
