Job Description
We are looking for two experienced Commissioning Engineers – Mechanical for work in Haugesund, West Norway.
You will play a key role in the commissioning phase of large industrial or offshore projects, ensuring all mechanical systems are properly tested, documented, and ready for handover. Collaboration with other departments and a strong focus on HSE are essential.
Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain commissioning procedures for ongoing projects.

Provide feedback on planning and manpower needs for commissioning activities.

Cooperate across departments to ensure alignment on project execution.

Perform static and dynamic commissioning with safety as top priority.

Ensure proper handover from commissioning to operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

5–10 years of experience in commissioning or equivalent mechanical processes.

Experience with completion tools and standard office applications.

Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus).

Hands-on experience in structured mechanical commissioning workflows.

💰 Salary: Flexible, based on candidate experience and expectations. Approx. €3500–€4000 net, depending on the profile.
