Job Description

We are looking for two experienced Commissioning Engineers – Mechanical for work in Haugesund, West Norway.

You will play a key role in the commissioning phase of large industrial or offshore projects, ensuring all mechanical systems are properly tested, documented, and ready for handover. Collaboration with other departments and a strong focus on HSE are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain commissioning procedures for ongoing projects.

  • Provide feedback on planning and manpower needs for commissioning activities.

  • Cooperate across departments to ensure alignment on project execution.

  • Perform static and dynamic commissioning with safety as top priority.

  • Ensure proper handover from commissioning to operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • 5–10 years of experience in commissioning or equivalent mechanical processes.

  • Experience with completion tools and standard office applications.

  • Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus).

  • Hands-on experience in structured mechanical commissioning workflows.

💰 Salary: Flexible, based on candidate experience and expectations. Approx. €3500–€4000 net, depending on the profile.
