Job description:
• Pouring concrete into molds
• Removing hardened elements from molds
• Finishing concrete surfaces
• Reporting deviations and technical issues to the Production Manager
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete pouring
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Skilled in using basic hand tools
• Practical mindset, independent and team-oriented
• Driver’s license (B) – mandatory
• English (B1/B2) or Polish (B2) – mandatory
What we offer:
• Approx. net weekly salary: €500–€600 (gross €15–€17/h)
• Provided accommodation – private room in apartment, Rotterdam
• Health insurance – arranged by the employer
• Company car or mileage covered (commute ~15 km)
• PPE provided (helmet, gloves, safety boots, overalls)
• Working hours: Mon–Fri, 07:00–16:00 (40h/week)
• Paid overtime
• Weekly payments – every Thursday
• Dutch contract – temporary (Phase 1/2)
• Long-term employment (6+ months)
