Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Electrical System High Voltage Engineer to join a large EPC offshore topside and electrification project. You will become part of a high-impact team working on land and subsea cable systems, offshore substations, and inter-platform power infrastructure — delivering innovation across the entire project lifecycle.
This is a unique opportunity to work on greenfield and integration projects and advance your skills in offshore electrification and high-voltage engineering.
Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and specifying high-voltage electrical system solutions and strategies during study, FEED, and detail engineering phases.

Managing the Main Power Supply Package Specification for both HV and LV suppliers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Overseeing the Electrical System Infrastructure (ESI) package from development through engineering, fabrication, logistics, installation, and handover.

Creating electrical philosophies, topologies, single-line diagrams, load lists, system descriptions, and solutions for PMS/PDCS systems.

Following up on system calculations, technical assessments, and electrical analyses.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering on Norwegian Continental Shelf projects.

Proven experience in offshore electrification and transmission systems.

Familiarity with standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, ISO, DNV, IEC.

Skilled communicator in English (written and spoken).

Excellent teamwork skills in a multicultural environment, combined with the ability to work independently.
